Poor client and team management, still operates as a bootstrapping startup after nearly 10 years in business. Workspace is small, distracting, and disorganized. Meetings can be hectic because the team does not collaborate in advance to provide a unified vision for the project. Works mostly with startup clients and does not budget enough billable hours to do the work well or make profits. Company overall shows disappointing growth over the last 10 years and struggles to get enough work to keep a small team of 3-4 employees busy.
