You get exposure to many different industries and design types, from automotive and product to UI/UX and architecture, which really helps open your mind and expand how you think as a designer. The culture is also quite flexible, with good work-life balance.

Cons

As a design consultancy, there are times when work can get busy, but this also helps designers quickly improve their skills and become more efficient at solving problems and making decisions.
