Merger creating opportunities for upward mobilitiy Innovating the industry Income potential in sales is margin driven Benefits are best I've seen anywhere
Cons
Losing sight of what the North American team did that made them great Processes are complicating things innecessarily EU Management don't understand the NAM business model fully and make changes that negatively impact. Needs to add support roles and additional headcount for growth
