Pros

Great Culture, fun relaxed office environment. The people are great, I have definitely made friends and some very close friendships from working here. I was lucky enough to be given a great growth opportunity and have had a couple of different roles in the business over 3 years. Fast growing company. Expansion into new countries like China which has been very great to see! Some great perks like a gym membership!

Cons

- The business' HQ is in the UK and some individuals can at times forget that we are a fast growing global business, and there are multiple offices now. - Salaries could be more competitive - Imbalanced perks across different countries

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to complete a review. So pleased to hear about your positive working experience. And you're right, we're continuing to expand and there are exciting times ahead Great to hear your feedback and rest assured, we're continually working on improving collaboration and communication across timezones. If you have any suggestions get in touch, we'd love to hear your thoughts. As for the varying perks we've worked hard on creating a more globalised and central benefits package. However we have local Government obligations in certain areas requiring bespoke language, thus the difference in some areas. Don't worry - this will only improve moving forward as we continue to grow and develop our Comp and Bens packages! Rich HR Manager
