Lots of opportunity to grow and take on new challenges! A great team of people all working towards the same goal of helping startups build their hiring strategy! Plus it's fully remote which is amazing!

Pivot + Edge is comprised of driven, passionate and exemplary talent. My time here has accelerated my career growth. My mentors always make time to work with me on my career development. The work-life balance is prioritized. Pivot + Edge continually strives to make a difference with start-up companies. The team successfully delivers what they promise their clients in a timely manner.
Cons
I have not been able to meet every colleague face-to-face yet given the pandemic. I am looking forward to doing so once it is safe. To counter-act this, the entire company has a weekly meeting to ensure we can visit and remain united.
