-Great hands on opportunity for starting out in the digital agency world. -I had many good experiences learning from the founder and executive team with managing and retaining accounts (very small company). -Valuable in person/direct contact with enterprise accounts. -Ironed out some great presentation skills -Patient when training -Flexible hours

Cons

-Dealership's Digital marketing strategies are bogged down by strict OEM rules, which leads to the same conversations over and over and little to no creativity when it comes to strategy (can get boring and repetitive at times) -Extremely high turnover rate -Only hired when desperate -Lower pay to start (but will promote/increase your hourly wage consistently with value brought to the team)
