Pros

PixelMEDIA has gone from your typical small NH web design/dev agency to a Salesforce Powerhouse that is pulling in serious enterprise level ecom brands in the matter of 5 or so years. The company has adapted and prospered through the global pandemic switching to a WFH workforce and bringing talented team members across the country/globe. - Working with smart talented people open to knowledge sharing - Lots of career development opportunities with specialized Salesforce and other training - Growth has lead to more competitive salaries/compensation that is more inline on the national scale - Benefits have gotten MUCH better in the past few years - Chance to work with household ecom brands L.L.Bean, Samsonite, Metallica, iRobot, FSA Store to name a few. - Work life balance for the most part is pretty good at Pixel

Cons

Substantial growth has lead to some inevitable growing pains. I think overall the company is doing a good job addressing these but it will take some time. - Highly demanding clients that require complex solutions can often lead to tension in project teams around what is in scope for projects - Pixel sometime lacks a proper "bench" system so when someone leaves or goes on vacation this can often cause project teams to get overwhelmed.
