      Flexibility, no micromanagement, understanding of work-life balance, and you can structure your own daily/weekly/monthly schedule according to the targets set.

      Cons

      If you thrive in structured environments, it would be difficult here.

      They made sure I had sufficient training and backup when finally on the phones. I have met a group of very dedicated individuals that feel as I do about protecting and valuing the artists and creatives that we work for.
