      Pros

      Solid team of smart contributors. Fun place to work. Good work and life balance. Opportunity to grow and learn from seasoned management.

      Cons

      Career growth is limited. Mentorship could be improved. Generally runs lean, which leads to lack of support in some instances. Good people eventually leave for better opportunities.

      Pros

      Company has a lot of years of experience and achievements in all prospects I consider the company's environment as a startup, where all employees as a one big family, supporting each other. Working together to achieve the one goal. If you someone wants to gain technical experience, this is the perfect company.

      Cons

      Temperature inside the building in the summer time is very high and cold in winter. A lot of snacks, gained 10 pounds in 6 months )

      Smart, transparent, motivated, very unique start up culture. Not all fluff. Really focused on making things happen. Really care about each other.

      Growing so time to formalize certain functions like hr, etc.
