      -best healthcare -the company really values work-life balance -work with a great team where you can express your ideas, thoughts, and opinions freely (10/10 coworkers) -Planoly not only offers an educational reimbursement, but allows you the option to change departments based on your career wants/needs

      Things aren’t always defined - but that means you have to find your own path to success Moving fast means high expectations - can feel overwhelming at times Mix of remote and on site employees means remote folks can feel more isolated and collaboration can be under stress (before COVID)

      PLANOLY has been an incredible job experience for me. What stands out to me the most is the culture which fosters kindness, empathy, and encouragement. Management really cares about work life balance and personal growth, and HR works hard to reinforce the core values that make PLANOLY so special while serving the needs of employees every day.

      Cons

      A con that is also a pro—startups don’t always have super defined systems and processes. However, you are able to see the value of your work and leave your footprint on the company by bringing something new to the table. Working at a startup can be enriching if you view this “con” as an opportunity like I do.
