Pros

Flexible work options 100% remote. Great annual leave and additional leaves opportunities. Company believes and supports wholeheartedly in mental health and wellbeing. Benefits package is outstanding in particular healthcare cover.

Cons

Nothing major. I personally love f2f interactions and hence like going into the office. But the flexibility to work remotely is still fantastic.
