Flexitime every day Genuinely care that I enjoy my role Always told to put family and sick leave first Wellness team with regular surprises/events Remote working and hybrid working encouraged/accepted Opinion is valued and requested across projects outside of my remit Regular sharing of projects across the company for visibility and Comradery
Cons
Informal nature of the company mean decisions can sometimes take a while/ go through multiple teams Inflation and current company status means pay isn't the most competitive (average and combined with lots of perks)
