- the pay is above average in industry - great DM knowledge, many malaysia company don't know the knowledge - helpful and collaborative colleagues - fun lunch and tea time with colleagues, can let go stress - manager very helpful, willing to teach - become senior will get more benefits like rental allowance, housing, child, education and more. - fast paced, fast promotion - managers longest with company > 10+ years, promising career growth - is a great company if you willing to put in effort.
Cons
- if you not willing put in effort to learn and grow, don't come here. - fast paced, but pay is good, and is what I want when young.
