-Caring, intelligent people. -Effective communication channels. -Plenty of opportunity for professional growth. -Teamwork. -Social opportunities.

Cons

-Can be slower to roll out company changes, due to smaller size. -Teams means you may not work with everyone at the company. -Government inflexibility on some contracts leading to on-site only work (though the company will push back on this limitation when they can).
