You feel valued — from small gestures to larger company-wide initiatives.

Cons

None specifically company wise but hospitality can be a challenging environment where no two days are the same — but with the support of colleagues, those challenges feel exciting rather than overwhelming!

Pros

I started my Point a journey in March 2025, having worked for many hotel groups throughout my career my expectations were not overly high in regards to onboarding. I could not have been more wrong, the onboarding experience was positive from the moment I started. I was given a three week programme were I was introduced to everyone that I would need when I eventually started in the hotel I would be based. This gave me the grounds to start positively and confidently and most importantly the tools to succeed. Point a hotels represent positivity and everyone I have met so far has been a ray of sunshine which tells me everything I need to know about my decision to start this next chapter of my career.

Cons

No cons - all positive. This company is all about their people which in turn leads to a better guest experience.
