1. The company is expanding; therefore, possibilities may not be available immediately. 2. The company maintains constant communication. 3-Culture is conducive to forming friendships and mentorships, with several options to participate based on your interests. 4-This is where you may call home.
Cons
No company is flawless. While we grow, there are some changes that occur (updating technology, adding insurance benefits, formalizing procedures, etc.) that are normal for any developing organization. It is critical not to get caught up in what is wrong, but rather to focus on what is going right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support it. With this progress comes the ability to decide your future and the role you play. The mentality is valued at Point Global Logistics.

Pros
Although small, the company is very well thought out and access to top management is very easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Point Global and greatly appreciated the professionalism of the company.
