I've worked for a lot of big companies and their cultures just cannot compare. From the very first day, everyone in the office makes you feel like family. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have more than enough to be successful at your position. The pay is great. The benefits are more personal than anything. Unlimited sick time allows you to cater to your own health as well as your family's without added stress, small gym in office, catered lunch every Friday, small rooms and nooks to work in silently or to just get away, I can go on forever. Pointman truly cares about their employees. A positive company culture is something that Pointman proves is highly important.
