Pros
Very friendly and helpful colleagues! Everyone is very talented in his/her field. Unstoppable learning from peer engineers, which is the main reason I decided to join. Company's in a trend of growing, so is the product. Good work/life balance.
Cons
No enough fresh airflow, hope the already-scheduled moving will fix this.

Pros
The team at Policy Medical are all very friendly and easy to get along with. They really focus on having a work/life balance which I think is really important. There is also a lot of positive feedback coming from customers so its good to know the company is providing a good product and service.
Cons
I wish the office was in the city of Toronto as it would be easier for commuting. As it is still a small but growing company, there may not be as much career advancement opportunities compared to a larger company.
