      Positive company culture, Opportunity for upward mobility and career advancement, Extensive training providing employees with the tools and resources to be successful. Good benefits and company is growing exponentially! Management is forwarding thinking continually moving the needle leading positive change.

      Senior Management encourages employees to bring ideas to the table and are able to be part of the improvement. Being employed by this small company provides job enrichment with diversity of tasks.

      Cons

      Needs a few additional employee benefits. Some are not offered.

      Pros

      A locally owned and operated company filled with a lot of dedicated and hard working people. They are focused and working on improving every day. It is relatively small company but they are growing. So, there is a lot of opportunity there for those seeking entry level opportunities or those with a background in manufacturing processes.

      Cons

      Poly Print is pretty much the only flexographic printing company in Tucson.
