Hard sells. These are very amazing products we have to offer. But hard to sell. It takes some real tenacity to keep promoting these products to leadership of hospitals because they have a million other things going on. Keeping the fire burning can be frustrating.
Organization. Polymedco has recently had a shift in how they profile accounts and gather information about clients. This is in the process of being "fine-tuned" at the moment so probably will not be a problem for long but for an IAE (my last role) it can be difficult to track where your commission dollars should be. As an Outside rep there are no problems with this.
