Pros
There is a lot of low hanging fruit to improve the company. Many of the employees are hard working and want to do a good job.
Cons
Worst management team I have ever interacted with. They frequently talk negatively about each other behind their backs, vent to direct reports about upper management issues, and have a toxic system of dysfunction. Within a week it was obvious to me that they mutually disliked each other and you get the brunt of it as an employee. Unless you're absolutely desperate, stay away from this company. They are losing money and will never be able to compete in a fast paced environment.
