Pros
very competitive pay , you get the highest pay when that a company can pay their guards and still make a profit .it's a growing business, I have worked for similar companies with million dollar contracts in New York and would of have to work for yrs before receiving top pay , I actually did research compared to other companies in Oregon and Pacific Northwest this pays the most for unarmed guards. We are all adults , people can past an exam and obtain a guard card , people can become part of a management team , these same people can screw up, they can take the opportunities for granted , pono like any other company cannot control individuals except hold them accountable after the deed is done , I am a father with no friends in the West coast , I have no friends in this company and all I can say as an outsider with a "jod" is the company has been good to me and it's serves its purpose when I take jobs I do my best to represent it , these bad reviews from others I am sure is a testament to the characters putting out false information, or at least lacking communication, if I can't get my direct manager I can call dispatch or even upper management on the fly , I don't know how theres people complaining ..I can even get management in other states who are always ready to relay information, i just think some people are slackers and when they are held accountable they seek to destroy .. PONO IS A GOOD COMPANY , Google what pono means and that's your answer
Cons
Disgruntled former employees , and people who where giving chances blowing contracts, then putting up bad reviews without any concern for the people who depend on this company for WORK. my cons are people who take advantage of getting hired and then screwing every over and crying wolf ...
