Pros

Nice office, snacks and free lunch. Some nice people to make friends with. Great place to collect a paycheck.

Cons

If only the company had as good of a foundation as the building they work in. Management continues to run experiments and makes their individual contributors suffer the consequences of their mistakes. There is a huge disconnect from leadership and the employees. Management lacks real human connection and their sole function is to supervise meetings all day. Leadership lacked clear ownership and direction for the business. Despite having strong product-market fit and very little direct competition, the company has made minimal improvements to the product over the past few years beyond a face lift. Customers are paying full price for a product that is inconsistent in performance and not built to scale.
