Pros
It is a very collaborative environment. Everyone is great to work with and the site is growing fast, which makes it a very exciting place to be.
Cons
The company is very new and is still quite small, so if you are interested in working for a large company, it is not the right place for you at this time.

Pros
Young energy with brilliant minds and talent. There is a lot of room for growth within the company, and they actively root for your success and development within it. Very solid work/life balance and a perpetuates a culture that's super enjoyable to be around and work in.
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to have a unified vision for the brand, as it is an over-hauled team/rebrand from the previous ownership and team of the site.
