      Great experience working with civil

      Pros

      Everybody on my crew was great and the superintendent not only led but was able to resolve problems and help everybody in the crew learn and improve.

      Cons

      Larger of the companies I have experience working for and there was a lot of logistics involved that ate time from productivity.
