Reflecting on my 6-year anniversary with the team, I’m struck by how much we’ve grown together. As a remote member from the Philippines, I’ve always felt fully integrated into the culture. From the performance-based increases to the constant recognition of our core values, Pros: I’ve been with Possible for nearly 6 years as part of the remote team in the Philippines, and the experience has been incredibly rewarding. Unlike many companies where "culture" is just a buzzword, here it resonates at every level. As a remote member from the Philippines, I’ve always felt fully integrated into the culture. It’s incredible how intentionally recognition is woven into our culture. It’s not limited to weekly or monthly events—it’s something we practice every day. I’ve always felt seen, included, and genuinely appreciated by my team. Career Growth: They don’t just hire; they invest in you. My role has evolved immensely, letting me contribute and make a greater impact than I ever imagined since starting.
 Compensation: Very competitive “Plus” Performance bonuses and salary increases that reflect both market standards and individual performance, with a high level of transparency around bonuses, salary adjustments, and performance ratings. It's a highly collaborative environment with a true open door culture where communication with peers and leaders is always encouraged and welcomed.

I’ve hesitated to post a review given my role in the company, as I often share opportunities with people who are actively evaluating us. That said, I’ve realized my perspective is worth sharing because of my long tenure. People often ask what has kept me here. The answer is simple: you don’t leave opportunities when you’re supported, challenged in meaningful ways, and genuinely enjoy the people you work with. This is a great environment.
