      Pros

      Not only does the company have great clients, but the work culture and people are some of the best I've worked with. From the CEO down, everyone takes a people-first mentality.

      Cons

      With any small company comes the growing pains and the requirement to wear many hats, but it's also great to get your hands in lots of things.

      Pros

      Clients trust Post+Beam to consider all angles of the customer experience. That's why P+B is always working with new technologies and platforms to deliver innovative and successful results.

      Cons

      It is difficult to match the work and life balance of this growing company. However, a growing company can show its cracks. Sometimes projects run with slippage and some deliverables are rough, but this can be improved.

      Pros

      An entrepreneurial group of talented people with different experience and personalities. Because everyone has diverse areas of interest, the ability to explore and build new practice areas is unique to any other firm I have found of its size. Real responsibility and initiative is required for success, but for the right personality and savvy, the opportunity is unmatched.

      Cons

      People who are not self starters or the right fit have a tough time and often leave or are asked to leave.
