      You won't thrive if you seek the elusive work-home balance. Ministry is a RHYTHM...some seasons are crazy busy and some are slow. Own your rest!

      Pros

      Pay is good. Passion is high. Purpose is strong. Pace is fast. People are friendly. I have grown by leaps and bounds the last 4 years as a staffer at potential . The investment to growth in every detail is intentional .

      Cons

      It’s a lean staff. I know the leadership is hiring now and looking to double as we grow. But we cld use the help. Pace is fast and that it is difficult during busy seasons. It’s one of the hardest working staffs I know though. Love my peoples

      Cons

      Diverse cultures brought about conflict and miscommunication. Fast pace and whatever it takes attitude. Must wear different hats to succeed.
