Power Innovations is a company that believes in investing in people and empowering them to succeed in their careers. The company culture is focused on individuals' needs and I have always felt like management is fully supportive of every role. There is a culture of accountability and that extends into all areas of the company. The executive team members have all been promoted from within, so it's easy to see how they lead with a real understanding of the business. The company provides a lot of opportunities to get to know coworkers as well, with casual, family-friendly events throughout the year. Health and retirement benefits are outstanding.

They are extremely empowering. I worked with the CTO, and he was super engaging and willing to give me freedom that I may not have been given at other places I have worked. The wide variety of projects was very engaging, as I was always learning something new. I gained experience in things like the most recent software and UI design, all the way down to bit-wise operations and serial communications. It was awesome. Not to mention, Getting to work with some major companies like Microsoft, Daimler, Audi etc. These projects are bleeding edge, and super exciting. The people are (mostly) all super fun, and light-hearted. Even when things are under the pressure of a major deadline, or things are breaking/ falling apart, it is still a light and fun environment. The leadership has been making great efforts to make working here fun. I was planning to be here for a long time. and if my life circumstances change, I will be first in line to come back and work here again.
