      - Great management team. - Excellent training and they help with certification - Great overall atmosphere

      Cons

      - Can be long hours at times depending on what is going on with your communities. - Board members can be a handful. - Can be very stressful, especially if you are not extremely organized.

      Very supportive executive staff, supervisors will always address concerns. Office morale is usually very high

      You do have to deal with angry homeowners, which obviously isn't fun.
