Cross-functional collaboration with dev, product, and design teams is smooth, which makes delivering high-quality releases much easier. The company also prioritizes learning. I’ve been able to explore new tools, upgrade automation skills, and work on projects that actually challenge me technically. Work-life balance is solid, and sprint planning is done realistically — which is rare.
Cons
Some tools and workflows are still evolving, and alignment between product and tech can take time on bigger projects. But the good thing is, feedback is taken seriously and improvements do happen.
