Pros

I’ve really enjoyed the balance of ownership and support the company provides. The engineering culture encourages you to think beyond just testing — you’re involved early in the development cycle, your suggestions are valued, and you're trusted to implement better automation frameworks and improve quality processes. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely focuses on outcomes rather than micromanagement. Cross-functional collaboration with dev, product, and design teams is smooth, which makes delivering high-quality releases much easier. The company also prioritizes learning. I’ve been able to explore new tools, upgrade automation skills, and work on projects that actually challenge me technically. Work-life balance is solid, and sprint planning is done realistically — which is rare.

Cons

Some tools and workflows are still evolving, and alignment between product and tech can take time on bigger projects. But the good thing is, feedback is taken seriously and improvements do happen.

Pros

Working as a Senior Software Developer here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career so far. The work culture is genuinely collaborative — people are approachable, and even senior management takes time to listen and support your ideas. There’s a healthy balance between structure and flexibility, which makes it easy to focus on delivering quality work without feeling burnt out. Learning opportunities are plenty — from hands-on projects to mentorship and access to new tools and technologies. The company invests in upskilling and encourages innovation, which really helps you grow technically and professionally. Work-life balance is good. Deadlines are realistic, and managers actually care about your workload. The HR and admin teams are also supportive and proactive, which makes day-to-day work smoother.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional process gaps and communication delays between teams, but leadership seems genuinely open to feedback and continuously improving things.
