Pros

I've been working here for a few years, and honestly, love it. The upper management are great people to work with and for. They will jump right in and roll their sleeves up with you. Their doors are always open, to listen to ideas or issues. The benefits are great. Not to mention they are always doing special things for the employees, spur of the moment cookouts for lunch, holiday pot-lucks, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses .... We are all a team, which makes the job easier.

Cons

It can get stressful keeping up with customer demands. But that can be said for everywhere.
