Pros

Sky is the limit for learning new skills. Management isn't afraid of trying to ideas to improve the sales process. Schedule is flexible, and they are very family oriented.

Cons

Not really a con, but if you want to succeed here... going above and beyond should be your normal work flow.

Extremely well run company with leadership that is constantly coming up with new innovations to improve and expand its business. I was there for almost 5 years and was constantly told by their distributors and customers that the literature, website, and demos were better than almost anyone else. The products are well designed and RMA rates are extremely low. Lead times are a fraction of other instrumentation companies. This was a great company for me to work for the last 5 years of my 40 years in instrumentation!!

Cons

Cannot think of any negatives.
