Pros

Probably the best management I've ever worked with. All concerns addressed and questions understood. Best team atmosphere I have ever seen, the major focus remains on results for the customer.

Cons

Security hoops slow down the process of helping people out but are necessary, but this causes headaches eventually. Demanding clients due to the nature of the business, cant be avoided so every contingency must be taken over the smallest or irrelevant item. Some more permanent staff could have made a large difference in the workload as it was at times, immense.

I have learned more here than at any of my previous employers. Precision dips into new technology and trains you on how to you use it. The staff is a great group of smart and intelligent people. They will teach and help you when you are uncertain. As i work with Precision, i have noticed they will work with you as they do care about your life and they will help if you need it outside the office. I have not one bad experience with any of the staff. the pay is great and if you know your stuff, you will get promoted easily. There is great communication between management and staff, they always keep us in the loop.

Cons

It is a tight office as they bring on more staff, hopefully they will get a bigger place to fit everyone.

Pros

Company growth creates career advancement opportunities. Strong employee benefits package recently expanded in 2012. Team environment and exposure to new technologies creates significant knowledge gain in short period of time. Projects are paid and allow a person to work with senior engineers to help implement new infrastructure.

Cons

Management is located in different offices so new staff isn't exposed to all management. Company process is improving but needs to be further developed.
