      Pros

      beautiful people with incredible hearts, family environment, and not only can I say this about everyone working at PLC, but the experience, knowledge, and expertise staff members hold is incredibly high/valuable.

      Cons

      Working here can be draining at times, but that's simply because of the type of work it is. My advice - Don't forget to take time for self-care. Peacemakers need to be poured into so they can pour out in the world and their communities.
