Pros

The company is a good place to work and build your experience. They promote within and are always willing to train you. I really enjoyed my time there and how much I felt part of a team. They started doing a lunch and learn for the executives last year and that is an amazing way for the new hires to get to know them as they don’t often get to if they aren’t in LA.

Pros

1. Vert stable leadership and solid financial performance. 2. When committed and performed, leadership takes notice immediately and provides opportunity for growth. 3. Appreciate the Chairman, Mr. Yu's thoughtfulness in providing a monthly gasoline stipend to lighten employees' recent high cost of gas price! 4. Can attain work-life balance.

Cons

1. Always good to have additional resources.
