Pros
Most of the people in the company are great to work with, leadership included. The company overall makes a positive impact on the healthcare industry and has a lot of potential for the future. Remote work is great, benefits are pretty good and little micromanaging.
Cons
Compared to others in the medical industry, the pay is subpar. There are no bonuses, base pay should be higher, and commission can be confusing and hard to achieve due to constant changes. Growth is practically nonexistent. There is no clear path to promotion and little to no open opportunities for it. Not enough exposure to generate more business and other divisions of the business have continuous problem that sales are left to deal with.
