      -Great work/life balance -Continuously growing company -management willing to hear out any issues, encourages the open door policy. -teamwork is always on point! Everyone jumps into any issue and helps each other out.

      Pros

      I've never worked at a place before where everyone from Helpdesk to the CEO is really on the same team. No inter-office politics, good relationships internally and with our clients. P1 is doing a lot of good things.

      Cons

      MSP work is MSP work. Hectic and busy at times, but Premier One handles the challenges well.

      - Your actions have an impact and matter. - You get to help people every day. - You are heard and listened to. - You get to decide how far you go and how successful you can be. - This is my first job where I did not have the Sunday night dread.

      - It's fast-paced and stressful sometimes, but no more than any other job.
