      Fully Remote yet Fully Functional and Engaging Working Environment

      Pros

      Full remote working, trainings provided, and enabling for new joiners. Flexible with technology, using own or company recommended laptops. Resources provided for self-learning and instructor led.

      Cons

      Best constant internet connection for home office has to be available as we heavily rely on video calls and screen sharing for critical moments.

      Pros

      Very supportive team and manager. I love the team environment. All the people I have so far are willing to help in my learning process. Is clear what are my objectives and KPI's to meet. My manager makes sure I understand and learn in the process and is very approachable. Very happy to belong to this company.

      Cons

      I love working from home but 1 day a week will be good to have a coworking space.

      Pros

      Amazing culture, when it's present. Great emphasis on work/life balance. Flexibility and adaptability. Always opportunity to learn and grow. When you encounter a 'pfxer' you feel energized and positive.

      Cons

      Lack of some process and clear scope. My induction into my team seemed an after thought where I often felt isolated and not part of the family. In a time of high growth/work people are very stressed so the quality of communication has suffered.
