      Pros

      Prices Plus is a company with so many opportunities to become involved. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is growing. Foundations are being built to provide employees with pathways for inclusion in its success. Each store is a family where its priorities are to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and the surrounding communities.

      Cons

      There is bound to be some small teething problems while we grow. What is important is that we learn, refocus and not loose sight of our employees.

      Pros

      A family-owned business with a great team environment. You can see people genuinely keen to help you and very focused on our customers' needs and support. It has been a great pleasure to be part of this wonderful company with real actions in place to be a better place to work every day.

      Cons

      Some stores are located in remote areas not close to each other, which make it hard to put everyone together for F2F social experiences, training and career opportunities. However, we can see everyone working hard to make it happen apart from the distance. We have some opportunities for improvement which our HR and leadership team are working on together to make Prices Plus a great experience for our people and customers.
