I have been here less than a year, and have had a wonderful experience working here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mansagers are open to ideas and suggestions and are not judgmental. Although this is a gun company, the folks that work here are normal folks and not extremists. Work life balance is awesome and is highly pushed. I really like this company as a start up its a wonderful place to be!

Cons

small growing company, with small company pains. Technology is the key focus here. Pay could be a bit better aligned with industry standards, but hey I can't complain.
