It's not a company to receive a lot of training if you don't already have strong skills. Doesn't have the large company structure for training and day-to-day teaching.
Prime has great potential to achieve great success, however without acquiring and keeping good talent in Operations Managemetn and Produciton Control they will be unsuccessful.

Executive Management does not have the technical skills to recognize the needs of the business. Further, there are no existing management controls to supplement the needs of Operations, Production, and Finance. They lack any in-house talent to cover all the needs
