Easy work, Good hours, Steady paycheck. First and Second shift are a bit strict, Due to the management being there, However night shift is more mellow as there's less supervision involved, No problems as long as you're doing what you're supposed to do.

Cons

Minimum Pay No raises No benefits if working through the agency
