I have worked with this company for 6 years, I came in with no sales experience, and no office experience, but they took a chance on my work ethic.
Every year is bigger and better than the last! They provide you with the tools and training to make you the best at what you do! They are more than willing to work with you when personal issues come up and so on. You get what you put into this company. I have experienced respect, loyalty, recognition and sheer appreciation for myself, as well as my team. The owner cares about everyone in the company, knows everyone's name, and greets everyone with a cheerful "Good Morning!"
I have also seen A LOT of long term employees respectfully leave the company to pursue other careers, and almost always come back to work for Prime Wireless-and they are welcomed back with open arms!
Company offers flexible hours, hourly + commission + bonus-you won't find this at many other companies. Also PTO and Insurance

The company is willing to see the best in everyone, and does give second, sometimes third and fourth chances as well, to people undeserving of them.
