      Pros

      Variety of work, interesting problems to solve, regular hours, no travel, flexibility, incredibly kind management, work from home when life happens, good culture. Technology campus has a free gym, pool, hot tub, scenic walking paths. It's the best location to work in Willmar. As an application engineer, you get the privileges of having independent work on projects but also interacting with people to help them solve problems. It's the best of both worlds. It's only occasionally stressful on tough applications- but that keeps it fun.

      Benefits could be a little better, but they’re improving.
