      - The working environment is very friendly. - The manager does not "supervise" you, in terms of controlling everything, but provides you the opportunity to take chances, risks and propose new ideas to the table. - Continuous collaboration and networking with other national and international companies, research institutes and universities.

      Cons

      - The IT and generally the overall IT infrastructure is not that great and needs improvement.
