      Pros

      * Management is taking action and working on a better strategy + keeping costs down. * Sales team is very good. * People are generally neutral/happy and not as negative as those 2 reviews suggest. * CEO is busting his hump trying to turn around a company he inherited from the late founder. He's not in the job because he's family. He owns the company.

      Cons

      * Recent layoff of 25% of employees hurts. * No head of product right now, but I know the company is interviewing. * Tight co-working office space. We're on top of each other.
