      Pros

      There is a real family culture here and it shows in everyone's attitudes and behaviours towards eachother. If you are new to aviation do not despair! The employees here are more than happy to do some knowledge sharing, especially the CEO and some of the sales guys. There is always something fun for staff going on, whether its something in the office or an online quiz when we are working from home.
