It's a startup so things are always changing you just have to be ready for it, it's not actually a con just startup life

Pros

- The company truly cares. My family had countless medical issues, personal conflicts, surprise trips, and the management team would try to make it work every time. - competitive salary - remote available - INSANELY GOOD benefits - great people

Cons

They operate with a lean team, so everyone has to wear a lot of hats. (I enjoyed this, but some may not)

Amazing Culture and Team. Questionable Product Decisions.

Pros

Definitely the best company I've worked for in terms of culture. They treat their team incredibly well, allow for proper work/life balance, create a great working environment, and more and have built a really fantastic team for those reasons. The CEO is an absolute gem of a person and is incredibly down to earth, thoughtful, and caring. I couldn't say anything bad about him at all. Also, they are great about growth opportunities and hiring young, hungry individuals with a passion to grow and develop and have proven to promote and train up their employees.

Cons

Like any startup, they've had to make some pivots and changes over the years, that comes with the territory. Sometimes this shakes things up a bit and can impact your day-to-day, just the nature of startups. They're in a super competitive space, but there's plenty of business to go around and they have a niche carved out that they are laser-focused on. I think some decisions could have been made with a bit more input and consideration from other team leads rather than giving more weight to others, but it is what it is. Sometimes they learn from their mistakes and make a chance, which I respect. Other times, they stick to their guns and go. Either way, it's a part of a young and growing company and it's all a learning experience.
