      Support to develop professionally and personally with opportunities to progress. Focused on continuously improving to provide a better client and employee experience. Care about employee welfare and mental health. Flexible hybrid working arrangements. Regular company social events. Driven and supportive colleagues.

      Pros

      I love the team I'm working with. They're all detail oriented people. The management team do try to make sure we have social events, and keep in regular contact with the rest of the company during WFH. Lots of opportunity to train and gain certifications. I genuinely like all the people with whom I work.

      Cons

      It's possible the salary isn't quite up to industry levels.

      Pros

      Great flexibility in working arrangements, brilliant work life balance. Great team to work with who are all very helpful and supportive of each other. Management team are a great group of people who also blend into being part of the team. Excellent training and support.

      Cons

      There is not really a downside to working for Pro Drive. I have not worked in the office really since beginning due to current global situation so seeing people in person rather than on screen would be nice, however the company's approach to keeping everyone connected is great.
